Cactapaws is the brainchild of Hope Morris. Hope had started embroidering back in the early eighties in DeWitt, Michigan, a satellite community outside of the state capital of Lansing. As her skill set and talent grew, she found herself updating her equipment and expanding her many services. In 2014 Hope and her husband Jeff moved to Queen Creek, located in the south-east area of greater Phoenix, Arizona.
Once in Phoenix, we added more goods and services such as “Sublimation” and “Promotional Products” to fill those important markets we had not yet addressed. Today, both Hope and Jeff share many responsibilities. Hope is our master embroiderer. She oversees everything embroidery. Besides embroidering and digitizing, Hope manages our website and oversees sublimation and promotional products projects. Jeff is Hope’s right hand man. Jeff produces our sublimated products and has a major role in working the promotional products side of the business.
The main goal of Cactapaws is to provide our customers with the ultimate level of quality and service. Today, we consumers can sometimes feel as though most businesses haven’t a clue on how to run a business. From answering a phone call to basic professional follow up and attention to detail most businesses are clue-less.
